From the 20th to the 22nd, at the scientific meeting, over a hundred assistants were able to learn about the latest researches in the fields of conservation and biology of elasmobranches. This year, participants had the pleasure to listen, as key note speakers, to Dr. John A. Musick (Marshall Acuff Chair in Marine Science at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, The College of William and Mary, USA) and Dr. Peter Last (Senior Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO, Australia).
